[args] in service description confusing

Hi,

 

I've had two hard days trying to install and configure SVN due to the [args]
statement in your book. 

sc create svn binpath= "\"C:\program files\Subversion\bin\svnserve.exe\"
--service [args]" displayname= "Subversion Server" depend= Tcpip start= auto

 

The text I found here was clarifying:

 

http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk/notes/windows-service.txt

 

I changed the statement and everything is working fine.

sc create svn binpath= "\"C:\program files\Subversion\bin\svnserve.exe\"
--service --root \"C:\svn\repos\"" displayname= "Subversion Server" depend=
Tcpip start= auto
