[de] Links/manuals are broken

Hello,

As you might have noticed already, all links of the german version of
the Homepage to the Book are broken. :-<

first of all, the german version only lists links to the "Nightly Build
(sv 1.5)". All of these point to "nightly/de/XXXX" and result in a 404-page

One has to switch to the english-version, by finding that tiny link in
the bottom, then everything is OK. :->

Would really be nice to get fixed.
