[de] links to 1.5 docs result in 404s and links to 1.4 docs are missing.

Hello.

Today I tried to view subversions online manual at
http://svnbook.red-bean.com/ and had the following 2 problems:

1. The page displays only links for documentation of nightly builds of
Subversion 1.5 and those links result in 404s.

2. The page doesn't display any links for documentation of Subversion 1.4 -
which is what was looking for since I use Subversion 1.4 and don't care
about 1.5 at the moment.

So could you please fix the links to the 1.5 docs and add links to the 1.4
docs?!

PS: As you can see from the prefix in the subject line I was seeing the
german page.
