 Chapter 4 needs a sidebar that reveals some of the quirks of svn:mergeinfo
 as pointed out in this thread:

 We don't want to do a deep dive into implementation details -- we just
 want users to know what to expect when they start using merge tracking,
 and some ways to avoid the nastier/more-confusing of these svn:mergeinfo
 quirks.
