[REVIEW] Chapter 9 : svn help

Hi,

I've got a question/issue about the svn help command.

why does this command has any option, except the --help itself which is
not mentioned in the help message of the command....

On the other hand, the help message of the command prints out the
following options which are not mentioned in the book (except the
--config-dir)...

Global options:
  --username ARG
  --password ARG
  --no-auth-cache
  --non-interactive
  --config-dir ARG
