 Because it appears somewhat rarely, I've encountered several folks
 surprised by 'svn log -v' output that includes changed paths with the 'R'
 action code.  I don't think we explain this code in this context in the
 book.  We should describe both:

    R /trunk/foo

 and

    R /trunk/foo (from /bar:1729)
