Nightly Build Failure Alert: 'es'

This failure (and the ones for all the other locales) was my fault. 
Yesterday I inadvertently run the nightly build by hand as root, which 
caused problem's for this morning nightlies.  I'm running the build script 
by hand as a less privileged user now.
