Erratum: forward.xml: correct conjugation of 'to wish'

The appropriate conjugation of 'wish' in this case is 'wishes.'

The nominative is singular ('the FAQ's author'), not plural ('questions'),
and the context is the present tense.

The book is looking great and has benefited enormously from the edits
suggested by O'Reilly

P.S. I really wish O'Reilly would use apostrophes to indicate plural as well
as possessive acronyms.  True, this convention is dated and will almost
surely follow many more elegant social graces into the night.  But it need
not go quietly!  :)
