Using svnbook tools and stylesheets for another project?

Hi all!

This is my first posting to the list, so hopefully I'm not asking a question
that has been answered a whole bunch.

I'm one of the co-authors of the Asterisk book published by O'Reilly, and I'm
interested in utilizing the infrastructure you guys have built to publish our
book on a website so we can have better user participation from the community,
and get updated documentation out to users faster.

Of course, our book is also released under a Creative Commons license. We also
write in DocBook and utilize subversion for version control of the text. So it
seems we're pretty much in line with how the subversion book is written (from
what I can tell anyways).

I'm wondering what the process is for utilizing the infrastructure you've built,
whether it makes sense to use it outside of the subversion book, and whether
that is a request that has been made before, and is generally an OK thing to do?

Any information you could provide would be much appreciated. Of course anything
we did to enhance the stylesheets or any of the tools would be sent back upstream.

Thanks in advance!
Leif Madsen.
