Thanks.  I fixed these in r3816.

The book really doesn't want to teach basic sysadmin knowledge -- there are
other ways to learn about that, and the approaches differ from OS to OS.
But perhaps the book should explicitly say this, and give some idea of that
classes of sysadmin knowledge that Subversion expects someone to have (basic
familiarity with starting and stopping services, configuration file editing,
etc.).
