Language Navigation

Hi Folks,
I found that the navigation section (links to other translations) at the
bottom of the located "homepages" was sometimes incomplete or slightly
improvable. I added German to some and did my best to translate the
hints (title attribute) into the correspondend languages. Please have a
look on the patch I attached to this mail.
