Doh!  Had I read your initial report correctly, I would have totally  
agreed.  As it was, somehow I thought you *were* talking about Chapter 5.   
Yes, the ordering in Chapter 9 is non-ideal.  I'll fix that.  (Sorry for  
the unnecessary chatter here.)
