In "Reintegrating a Branch" section, it use "svn merge --reintegrate  
^/branches/my-calc-branch" instead of "svn merge --reintegrate  
http://svn.example.com/repos/calc/branches/my-calc-branch" (svb-book-1.5),

The assumed repository layout is like
calc/
calc/branches/
calc/branches/my-calc-branch/
calc/branches/new-branch/
calc/trunk/
paint/
paint/trunk/
...

so, should the URL be "^/calc/branches/my-calc-branch" ?
