Chapter 5's discussion of svnsync has a sentence which reads:

"Also, Subversion's underlying repository access interfaces don't provide a  
mechanism for setting arbitrary revision properties as part of a commit."

I'm pretty sure that's no longer accurate.  Need to review this.
