As of Subversion 1.7, 'svn merge' will complain by default about a merge  
target that has mixed revisions.  This can be overridden using the new  
--allow-mixed-revisions option.

I've added the Reference mention of the option in r4022, but Chapter 4 will  
need some love, I'm sure.
