default, a single-revision working copy target

As of Subversion 1.7, 'svn merge' will complain by default about a merge
target that has mixed revisions. This can be overridden using the new
--allow-mixed-revisions option.
I've added the Reference mention of the option in r4022, but Chapter 4 will
need some love, I'm sure.
