In Subversion 1.7, the client no longer asks the server to transmit  
copyfrom information for the purposes of relocating local mods to a copied  
file.

I *think* that the "Tree Conflicts" section of chapter 2 shows examples of  
this code in action (with a warning about when it won't work).  There might  
be other places in the book that refer to this functionality, too.
