Promote slave to master suggestion

Hello,

as far as I can see the manual doesn't currently mention the steps to
start using your slave as master (in case of disaster or when you want
to stop using the current master, for example because of aging
hardware.)

I've outlined the steps to do this in this thread (there's some
feedback in the same thread on how one could do things even better,

Maybe it would be a good idea to include this in the manual?
