actual document, it's just the blog post that pointed to the full article.

I updated the link in the book for now.  I will take some time to move any  
essential info from the article to the book.  However the article is *very*  
long and detailed (and somewhat out-of-date!) so I lean towards keeping the  
link, but I'll reserve judgement till I take a fresh look at it.
