Fix #277 (Inconsistent documentation for SVNAllowBulkUpdates)

* en/book/ch06-server-configuration.xml
  (svn.serverconfig.httpd.ref.mod_dav_svn): Indicate that the "Prefer"
    value of the SVNAllowBulkUpdates directive is new to 1.8.
