Add French translation of The Subversion Handbook.

Update the french translations of the handbook to revision 2752 of the
original handbook .
We can now produce a dvi and ps version of the french translation (some
problems with node names). howerer, the dvi and ps versions have no
accents due to makeinfo limitations .
