German translation update.
* subversion/po/de.po: German translation update. There are still 164
fuzzy and 86 untranslated messages from previous 261f173u.
The number of translated messages (1645) is too high, not every message
is used. This results from merging the previous PO file with itself to
adapt line breaks, so that this file has a readable diff against the
previous revision. Will file a bug against gettext soon.
