Follow-up to r995475:
* subversion/libsvn_repos/load.c
  (): Include private/svn_dep_compat.h.
  (parse_property_block): Use svn_cstring_strtoui64() instead of
   svn_cstring_atoi64(), properly checking for size_t overflow.
