Is it a Bug or a Feature?

Hi,
Recently I've created a branch ( b2)from a branch (b1) . I've specified -F option to get log messages only from b1. But cvs2cl.pl is picking up all the log messages from it's children branch (b2) also. Is there any way to avoid this ie. getting log messages only from b1 not from b2?
